woe to us...

Yes, dear friends, it is woe to us... What chance do we have when things come to the state they have gotten to?

Look around at the rapid descent towards finality the human experiment pushes itself towards. We're all on a steadily sinking ship. No 'Nearer my God to Thee' refrains here - exactly the opposite can be said; 'With each breath, dear God, we move further away from Thee...'

What has been predicted (1430 years ago) continues to occur. Recent stories from Dubai, that prime example of nomadic idiocy, still seem unbelievable - when in fact they're merely unbelievably stupid. They have buried themselves in a debt that they somehow didn't know they'd get into. The mind simply cannot conceive of how absolutely insane those human beings' stupidity is...

All we can do is watch them race to their own destruction, and still believe they are doing well... it defies logic and sense and all human decency. They build their pointless (in some cases quite literally) towers, and compete to touch the highest heights - so busy staring at the clouds that they're blind to all else. These plain, savage, fools spend willingly from what was once vast wealth they'd gained through no use of minds, no common sense - just because they exist in a place where riches were to be found. Such indiscriminate spending results in debts so large as to be incomprehensible.

So, they compete in the building of tall buildings, as the Prophet (Peace be upon him) so plainly foretold. These fools who put money into development of corruption, into football teams thousands of miles away, while their fellow human beings die starving on their own doorstep.

Our end draws nearer. We lie dreaming.

Look at the old adage; we are like some people aboard a ship, some above and some below deck. Those in the lower decks want to drink, so they decide to make a hole, If they are allowed to continue in this ridiculous enterprise the whole ship will sink and everyone will perish.

What is a person with vision to do? Sit back and watch?

The Veil

Dear people, the wool's being pulled over our eyes. Yes, we are being blinded so convincingly that we lap up the lies and let our hearts be guided and follow the powers-that-be into their dens of falsehood. We hear that in France, there has been a ban on the veil - well in effect that is what has occurred, Muslim women wearing a full face veil (which is their right in Islam) will be considered criminals, and will shortly have to pay fines if they wear these pieces of cloth in public. This may lead to imprisonment, and no doubt will create some kind of backlash from French Muslims, further cementing their 'extremist' position in the eyes of the rest of France.
